Payment Information

I will never use your information or name beyond the payment forms between us, and I will never share or mention it to you (unless there is an issue with it) or anyone without your express permission.

- For your protection and mine, full payment is required before I begin.

- You are also confirming that you are the owner of this account and money, or have permission to use it fully.

- Tips are appreciated but always optional!!

Wait Times

Wait times will vary depending on how busy I am in my own life. I will prioritize your commission to get it done asap but, it will always be secondary to important things (e.g. emergencies, mental health, etc...).
Worst case scenarios are EXTREMELY rare but, not impossible. You will be informed asap if something comes up to delay your commission.

- Most commissioners have waited in between 1-2 weeks as soon as they were next in queue for their commission however, that could extend to as long as a month if it's needed.

- Assuming that you are next in queue, you are liable to request a refund for wait time after 1 month with no action (this will not affect your 2 chances to refund).

- Deadlines are acceptable as long as I'm warned beforehand. A minimum of 7 days from the time of ordering is required, will add pricing to skip ahead in line.

- Gentle reminders every now and then are acceptable.

Refund Policy

I might ask for proof of your reasoning if you need a refund (Impulse buying will not be accepted as a reason). I understand that things can get in the way that might put you in a position where money is most important...

- If you would like to refund your commission for any reason (e.g. personal, emergency, complaint), please inform me immediately!!

- I will refund 100% if no steps have been taken at all or if it is just a sketch, 60% if I have begun lining, and 20% if I have finished colouring. Once the artwork is shaded no refunds are available.

- You will only get 2 chances to request a refund under these circumstances. If it happens for a third time, I will blacklist you from my services.

- If I ever find out that you have lied to scam me, it will be an automatic blacklist, exposure post and block.

Commission Usage

- Please do not post any PROGRESS pics of your commission at all even if it has credit.

- You may use your commissioned artwork for personal use (e.g. profile picture, banner), but cannot claim that you are the one who made it. I'd prefer if I was credited in the bio or any type of description but, it's optional.

- If you do post any of my finished illustrations, please 100% credit me! :)

- !!PLEASE DO NOT USE MY COMMISSIONS FOR NFTs OR COMMERCIAL USE!! (making money off of it by any means).

I do NOT accept underage persons commissioning me for MATURE (18+) art. I reserve the right to refuse said commissions if I know that the customer is under 18.
Purchasing any MATURE type of art from me confirms you are at least 18, and you agree to this; if this is untrue at any point, it is not my responsibility.

References + Information

I own all rights to the artwork I have created along with the rights to post my artwork where I deem necessary to promote myself or my art.

- Please provide all the necessary reference materials for your piece. Visual references and written references are fine; note that if the written reference is too complex/not specific enough for me to work off of, I reserve the right to add a charge onto the order and will contact you about it.

- Please be as specific as possible when ordering. I love to work off of artistic freedom when possible, but if you are wanting something exact, I will need exact information.

- After I am finished with your commission, it would be greatly appreciated if you could recommend me or post a good review if you enjoyed my services! :D

- If you choose to keep this commission private, you must mention it during the process of ordering a commission.

- Taking credit for my artwork / claiming as your own

- Removing or purposefully cropping out my watermarks/signature

- Editing/altering the artwork itself (without my permission first)
